All members are encouraged to participate in Association programs and take advantage of MMHA's many services.

Whether you need insurance, legal counsel, an architect, engineer, or some other related service firm, the association has the answer! Members seeking a particular service or specific advice need only contact the Association office to have their questions answered. The staff serves as a referral service to help members locate the services they require.

Versed in all segments of the industry, the staff can assist you in responding to technical questions or help you deal with the local and state government units. The professional staff is only a phone call away.

Legislative Protection - MMHA's role in government affairs does not end with its influence in the legislature. The association recognizes the importance of understanding and dealing with the myriad of agencies and departments that create and implement our laws. For that reason, the association functions as a liaison between you (as a business) and the bureaucracy which regulates our industries.  MMHA provides input to the State Department of Consumer and Industry Services' Manufactured Housing Division and Public Service Commission, the Department of Community Health, the Secretary of State and numerous other state agencies.  MMHA represents your interests at the regional and national levels as members of the Midwest Manufactured Housing Federation, Manufactured Housing Institute and the MHARR.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance - Automatic coverage for active, full-time members and/or designated executives, officers or managers of MMHA who are in good standing. 

Grants available for home show exhibits - Have you ever considered participating at a trade show or fair? Now is your chance! The MMHA has grant funds available for members who wish to exhibit a home or booth at a public event, such as a county fair or home and garden show. The maximum grant for a single home is $1,000; multiple homes are $2,000 and the maximum grant per booth is $500. Grants are only available to members in good standing and for homes by member manufacturers. Click the link below for the application and list of requirements. Must be a member in good standing. Meeting Space Available - Looking for a great location in the Lansing area to hold a company meeting, sales training session or educational seminar? Look no further! The Michigan Manufactured Housing, RV and Campground Association Conference Center is your answer. Available exclusively to MMH & RVCA members, the conference center is a full-service facility.
